Mission Capodanno collects a limited amount of personal information from you online, such as your name, address, email address, and certain information about requests related to the performing of a Mass for Catholics in the Military and their loved ones, and/or a related to sending a Catholic Care Package and/or other services provided through Mission Capodanno. Mission Capodanno may use your name, address, and email address information for the purpose of replying to your communications and inquiries and sending you a newsletter published by this organization. All information provided to Mission Capodanno is given voluntarily. Mission Capodanno may utilize passive information collection technology, such as cookies, to collect statistical information online.
Concerning the Free to Chaplains program, and in addition to any other information collected as set forth herein, Mission Capodanno shall collect from chaplains (or their representatives) (i) sufficient information to confirm their status as a chaplain for the United States armed forces and qualifications according to the terms of the offer(s); and (ii) thier shipping information.
Mission Capodanno does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under age of sixteen years of age nor does it knowingly market our website to children. Mission Capodanno recognizes that protecting children’s identities and privacy online is important and that the responsibility to do so rests with both parents and the online community.

Sharing Of Information
Mission Capodanno exercises care in controlling who received information and what type of information is shared. Information shared with third parties are religious requests related to performing a Mass for Catholics in the military and their loved ones and/or religious requests related to sending a Catholic Care Package and/or religious requests related to questions submitted to Fr. Echert, Judy McCloskey,Christopher Stefanick, Dr. James Toner, and/or someone designated by Mission Capodanno to answer submitted questions and/or other services. This information is provided solely to Fr. John Echert, Fr. Michael R. Duesterhaus or another priest designated on the site who will perform the Mass and/or Judy McCloskey and/or to person(s) assigned to sending out Catholic Care Package(s) and/or supplies to chaplains and/or persons assigned to answer submitted questions and/or other tasks associated with services provided by Mission Capodanno. Concerning the Free to Chaplains program, the shipping addresses of chaplains shall be provided to Catholic Answers and/or Sophia Institute Press and/or Word Among US and/or other such apostolates that participate in this program. No other personal information will be provided to third persons.
Storage of Information/Access
Mission Capodanno does not store personal information related to religious requests concerning the performing of Mass. Once utilized by Fr. Echert (or other designated priest), this information is permanently deleted. Concerning shipping addresses for Catholic Care Packages and Free to Chaplains offers, this information will be stored internally only. Please be advised that Mission Capodanno is not responsible for any delays or errors in shipping related to either the Catholic Care Package or Free to Chaplains programs. All names, addresses, and email addresses are stored on a computer system accessible only by the Privacy Compliance Officer and designated data management personnel or contractors. If you wish to access your stored personal information, please contact the Privacy Compliancy Officer. If you wish to correct, change, or delete any of your personal information, please contact the Privacy Compliance Officer (see below).
